Mr. Metzger's commitment to polygraph testing started in 1982, while he was
employed as a detective with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department in Tampa, Florida.
Since that time Mr. Metzgar has consistently administered polygraph testing on a daily basis.

Also worked with the, University of South Florida Professors to develop a polygraph
research project. He has published in several professional polygraph journals. 

Mr. Metzgar is committed to continuing education hours and he routinely attends polygraph retaining with several professional polygraph associations. He has involved himself in polygraph research with the Department of defense Polygraph Institute.
